Is the system broken, or is it just that you need to parent outside the system?  As an entrepreneur, you think differently and work differently to the "norm".  This might mean you are feeling "wrong" for parenting differently to the "norm".  You're still doing your level best to be a compassionate and wise parent. AND you're an entrepreneur.  Go easy on yourself!
