Consider taking a social media fast — try a week, or turn off your phone off on Sunday. We are formed by what we ingest and social media without some limits can malform us easily. When you take a social media fast, we can come to terms with missing something and realize this is not the end. It might bring up some hard emotions, but will help us remember that we don’t have to be formed by the hashtags.
