What are you resistant to doing? Feelings are gifts point us to the condition of our heart. If resistance is a gift to you, try going there for just 5 minutes a day. After you brush your teeth, take 5 minutes for a resistance check-in. What have you resisted throughout your day? Bring those emotions to God and trust the Holy Spirit to teach you to welcome resistance as a gift.
