So much goes into founding and running a company. You have to consider everything from picking the right co-founder (if you go that route), to how to scale your team, all while trying to grow and maintain confidence in yourself and your business. While entrepreneurship can be a rewarding road, that doesn’t necessarily mean it is an easy one.

Twyla Verhelst is no stranger to any of this. As the co-founder of Helm and an original co-founder of an accounting firm called Twenty Eighty, and more recently the founder of a brand new non-profit focused on empowering women and girls who have the gift of autism called empowering Tana, she knows quite a bit about leading and being an entrepreneur. In this episode, she shares all her top tips on leadership and entrepreneurship, including the surprising way she cultivated her own self confidence.
