Joining us in the Lessons from Legends segment of the Finding Center Podcast is Marshal Yanda.

Marshal, offensive guard, played college ball at the University of Iowa. Drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He spent his entire 13 year career as a Raven. That means a lot.

Marshal was a Super Bowl Champion, 8x pro bowler, 2x all pro five times second team all Pro. He was part of the NFL 2010 all decade team now with those steps And by his performance on the field the respect he's gathered from his peers Marshal will most definitely be a Hall of Fame offensive guard.

Personally, I think he's one of the best to ever play the position. He had it all: toughness, nastiness, technique, and some good old fashioned country brute strength.

I just love watching this dude scrap on the field.

Since his retirement he quickly lost 60 pounds. We're going to get to the nuts and bolts of how he dropped the weight so quickly.
