Before I get started on who we have joining us on the podcast today, yes...I did shave my beard!
Joining us today on the Finding Center Podcast we have me lovely wife, and wonderful mother to our beautiful two kids, Jayme Hardwick.
Jayme has her Bachelors Degree from Purdue University in Health and Kinesiology. She is Precision Nutrition Certified...she's great at it, she's been feeding me the last 15 years and so far has done a great job at it.
I give her all the credit for teaching, not just myself, but our boys as well, on living a healthy lifestyle.
Besides the nutrition, she is great at teaching me about living the more balanced lifestyle, as I typically dwell on the extremes.
She does a great job on teaching the boys how to fuel for their activity levels.
So on today's podcast, we are answering common questions we get asked all the time when it comes to the healthy lifestyle for both us as parents, and for the kids.
