My healing tools

Find Your Voice is a Mental Health Podcast all about Hope, Courage, Strength and Love. Encouraging people to share their voice and to reach out and get the help and support they need. Find Your Voice will share Courageous and unique stories from different guests from all walks of life, so that we can all learn life lessons to help others along their own unique journey. I will share parts of my own Mental Health journey with Childhood abuse and how I now use my Voice as my Super Power to connect and help others to speak out and heal from within.
