Most people know about them for a long time before even thinking about thinking about their context (that double "think about" wasn't a typo). Like Henry said in the podcast, they are not numbered in the bible. The rest commandment is either 3 or 4 and shows up in Exodus 20:8-11 and Deuteronomy 5:12-15. The "look back" talked about in this episode is the last couple lines of each (Exodus 20:11 and Deuteronomy 5:15).
