In this podcast, we rediscover what it means to simply be the best version of yourself. The version of you that has always been there but hid for the sake of surviving. We relearn what it means to be a kid again and to bring the part of ourselves out that our older self was trying to protect. 

I share with you my beautifully messy journey through life and the stories of those I meet along the way. 

Together I believe we can create a world of love and peace, and even through all the pain, we can find each other in the darkest moments and bring forth the light. 

I am a self-love enthusiast and my passions are to discover the parts of ourselves that make us the amazing humans that we are. To find the little things in life that bring us joy and to bring forward the moments that help us grow and learn together. 

No matter how scary life can get, I want to create a space for people to come when they need to hear compassion or comfort for their pain. To find a space they can relate or allow themselves to feel everything and to do it shamelessly.
