This week's guest is Phi Anh Tao. I've known of Phi Anh ever since high school but we never really talked. I knew that she was related to a popular Vietnamese singer but had never confirmed it until this podcast. We actually met in college when we took the same online class together and thats where I learned that she owned her own digital media marketing firm. I knew immediately that I needed to have her on the show and pick her brain. We talked a lot about how she grew up and how that allowed her to be the person she is - even with the struggles of the press on her family. We also talk about her ability to bring her ideas to fruition and how she's able to run a company. We talk about the importance of culture in a company and what she looks for in applicants.
