Stephen Bland worked in grocery retail since he was in high school. After 23 years and way too many hours away from his family, he was ready to make a significant career and lifestyle change so he opened a Fibrenew franchise in east Kentucky. Today, Stephen enjoys much more quality family time, he's growing a business on his own terms and is having a blast doing it.
