We had an excellent time talking with Kim and our new co-host Nicole. Kim is a very active and successful Jiu-Jitsu competitor. She is also a Physical Therapist and mother, which are both very time consuming jobs. So all of you "I don't have time" people should take notes. Hope to have her back on soon.
