An initial podcast from Maddie on mid life experiences and how reflecting on them and sharing our thoughts about getting older can be very useful. Positivity and focus are key to making the most of mid-life, and when menopause and manopause give us reasons to reflect on the physical , mental and spiritual aspects of getting older or retirement it is often by sharing our thoughts and feelings with others that can revitalise us.
