It's very easy to be overly-committed to our first ideas. &nbsp;As artists, we have to be willing to undergo the disciplined process of revising, even if it means starting over from scratch. &nbsp;In this episode, I share three major revisions that I made to "Ruth" over the years. &nbsp;

Episode 04 - Influences

This is the podcast for the chronically creative. The title is derived from Madeline L'Engle's work on creativity, "Walking on Water," in which she describes everyone's artistic actions as "feeding the lake." You may not think you contribute a river, like the Shakespeares, Mozarts, and L'Engles of the world, but everyone's offering feeds the lake, and that is what helps the land to thrive.
