Fail, Fast, Forward! by Find Your Inner Strength

Ten years ago I had a vision of creating a company that would make mental and emotional health as accepted and common place as physical health and fitness. This vision created a mindful based program called Find Your Inner Strength (FYIStrength).  Everyone young and old desires to learn how to be great everyday, manage constant change, reduce stress, stay resilient, and inspire growth in themselves and others.  Find Your Inner Strength (FYIStrength) training is based upon mindful emotional intelligence science and has been designed to: reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, improve interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, and allow you to achieve 20 times more than you ever thought capable. It is a training program for Youth, Athletes, Young Adults, Executives and Seniors that teaches becoming consistently great at what you do, being a great leader, and attaining emotional and mental health and well being.
