As you might have heard in the news, Figma was recently acquired by Adobe for $20 billion. A massive acquisition indeed, even with inflation!

Alex, a longtime Figma user, gives his thoughts as to why Figma dominated the product design space where others failed, while Karandeep provides a PM's perspective on how Figma—which swims in a sea of cash grabs and VC pump-and-dumps—was able to stand out as a company which provided both a product people wanted, and just as importantly, a product which made money.
