It was my pleasure to host this epidsode's guest, Don McCasland, owner and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) of Warrior Elder Counseling. He provides therapy for active duty military, veterans and their significant others.

Don and I talk about issues surrounding military and mental health: how in some ways it's changing, how social culture still gets in the way, how Don provides therapy for his clients, and who Don felt was the most influential on his becoming a therapist today.

Susan Roggendorf is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa. In addition to hosting and producing her podcast, she's running a private practice as an independent provider full-time. Susan is a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC as well as an Emergency Responder & Public Safety Certified Clinician through NERPSC.
