Diversity is key to creativity and innovation, and yet for every 100 people working in tech, only 26 are women. We believe that the best technology is that which works for everyone, so innovations must come from people of all backgrounds. We invited three panellists who are shaking up the industry to discuss the reasons behind the gender disparity in tech and what we can all do to change it.
