9 Elihu asserts Job and his friends should listen to him and he accuses Job

– 15 Elihu asserts correctly God does no wrong and has all power

– 20 Everyone, rich or poor is created by God

– 16 Elihu continues to condemn Job and assets only those who repent will God answer

– 16 Elihu asserts God rewards the righteous and condemns the wicked, but if they repent God will restore

– 23 He continues to say Job has done wrong
