1. Stay on Track (create long habit and routines that are easy to maintain.... KEY TO SUCCESSS IS perseverance AND persistent 

2. Help others - it spreads knowledge but more importantly LOVE.

3. Do something with your new found energy... club.. sport dance etc...

Social Media... Censorship.... share everything you need to.... it isn't up to FB to tell me what's right or wrong.... that's up to me and my judgment,.. my education. formal and informal.... INTERNET equals knowledge..
