Before the Final Battle and dual assaults on Stinger's lair and El Dorado can take place, the Circle must first survive the behemoth's assault. And while no such creature can be called ordinary, this is one enhanced and possessed by a half dozen Exalted and a Deathlord all at the same time. For the first time this whole saga, the Circle faces an equal force. Can they even make it out of the Urdr wellspring to plan a counterattack? And, if they do win, will losses from this current struggle be too great a cost to bear?
