Loving our babies well is something I believe dwells within us. We don’t always need fancy techniques to be a good mother. What we need is self awareness, our own healing and to have needs met to keep us from becoming the emotional equivalent of a category 4 hurricane. There is no way to be the perfect mom, but there are things we can do to be a healthy one!
