This is a 2 parts recording.  When I did this podcast back on 3/30/2022 I was at a very low point in my mental health.  

In the first part you will hear my RAW EMOTIONS and I will share with you why I feel the medication I am taking have taken away part of my identity.  

Because of family emergency I had to cut short of my recording then 2 days later on 4/1/2022 I wrapped up the recording in a different mentality because by today my mood is approaching a controlled Hypo-mania and I want you to hear the difference in my voice.
