Planning to transition from military to civilian life is a big step and indeed challenging. In today’s episode of the Expert(ish) Podcast, our guest Todd Yates talks about how he transitioned his military career to civilian life, what Hire Heroes USA and other organizations do to help veterans, spouse, and service members, and the importance of having more connections in succeeding your transition process. Hire Heroes USA is a non-profit organization that provides free job search support to U.S. military members, veterans, and military spouses and empowers them to succeed in the civilian workforce.
