Scott is the Owner/Operator of Mount Holly's newest restaurant, Firehawk Brewpub, which is set to open in the coming weeks.  Scott has over 15 years in the restaurant industry.  He has lived in Mount Holly for most of his life, graduating from East Gaston HS in 1994.  He's my first cousin and we have a lot of memeries from growing up together, some of which are discussed in this podcast.  Listen in to learn more about Scott and Firehawk Brewpub!
