Andrew Decker is a 19 years old, 15x state record holder &amp; top ten all time bench press 319 @ 162lb Bodyweight. Currently living in NH. He is the Startup Founder/CEO of MotionFit Inc. Most of us use fitness apps, watches, GPS and sensors to measure speed, distance etc, but Andrew has developed one of the coolest products I have seen. &nbsp;The Fitcapsule is being developed by his company Motion Fit that measures weighting training performance via a sensor on the bar. He is in the process of changing the world of strength training.
