Dr. Alison Stout holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and is pursuing a Ph.D. at Cornell University, where she is studying virology. Dr. Stout works in the lab of <a href= "https://www.vet.cornell.edu/research/faculty/gary-whittaker-phd">Dr. Gary Whittaker</a> at Cornell University. Dr. Whittaker is a world-renowned coronavirus researcher. The Whittaker lab is currently one of the few research labs that have remained open in the Ithaca campus.
