In this podcast the talk is about something that we all do constantly - mistakes.
We all make mistakes at all times and in all aspects of our lives, no matter how professional or trained or prepared we are.
In this episode I am going to:
- Share my most recent (and very public!) mistake with you (in case you missed out)
- Talk about our mistake culture in general
- Invite you to do an exercise that will shed some light on your own mistake culture
- Give you a little pep talk about starting to do things before you are entirely ready (despite the fear of failing or making mistakes)
Check in with yourself to notice whether you feel like you are being only professional about making/preventing mistakes or if is indeed a bit over the top and you might consider it perfectionist instead.
Without being judgemental - just notice your patterns and become aware of how you cultivate your behaviour around mistakes!
And most importantly - stay curious, stay inspired and share this podcast with anyone you think might benefit from it!
