Living in alignment with the desires of your heart and soul is not always easy to do. Social programming, our egoic mind and the desire to please others can make it difficut to even tune into our own heart's desires.
When you make a choice that's in alignment with your heart you may feel a sense of freedom, relief, fulfillment or empowerment. You may also feel conflicted because you know choosing from your heart might disappoint others or make them uncomfortable.
We believe the Universe will meet us with support and this year we're working on making more choices that come from our hearts. Maybe after this episode you'll be inspired to do the same.
