Show notes
The experience of attending a great concert can be truly impactful. You can feel united to a room of complete strangers. There’s a bond there, as everyone is interacting with the artists on stage and responding to the music. Concerts can bring out the childlike spirit within us, and make us feel free to sing along without reservations. Sometimes, the moments created at these events and the music created can move us to tears.
Hopefully, all of us have gone to a concert like that. And, hopefully, all of us can say the same thing for our faith journey, that we feel close to our Church community, even those who are strangers to us, that we feel free and ourselves and childlike in moments of worship, and that we’re deeply moved in times of prayer.
Join us on this episode of Everyday Catholics, as we celebrate the ways our life in Christ can harmonize nicely with beautiful concert experiences.
