The Mass. It’s our highest form of prayer, and probably the element that most clearly distinguishes someone as a Catholic. Typically, we know how to move through the Mass and might even know the different sections. But we don’t always know why we do what we do during Mass. So in this episode, we’re going to be answering questions like, “why does the priest kiss the altar?” and “why do we have the readings we have?” Plus – on top of all that goodness – we’re going to be discussing ways we can really make the Mass a movement of the heart, a time where we can enter deeply into prayer. It’s our hope that your time spent at Mass will be greatly enriched through this episode.
