God is patient and persistent. How often do we consider God’s patience and persistence and thank Him for it? The persistence and patience of God is something that I am well acquainted with. Being someone who was raised in the Church but up until five years ago, lived with one foot in the church and one foot in the world, I can see the evidence of God’s persistence all over my life. Throughout my life, God has persisted in pursuing me, never abandoned me, and patiently waited for me to come back to Him.
