Why must we commit ourselves to others and to mission in order to grow as a disciple of Jesus?

Commitment to Others - Part 1

Becoming a disciple of Jesus requires us to move beyond ourselves into the world, to do the work that God has called us to do. We cannot just close ourselves off. Discipleship is not just about “me and Jesus”. It is always about “us and Jesus.” We must engage by committing to others and to mission.
