What if this illness means you can no longer carry out your job?

This happened to Susan Wright when her chronic fatigue syndrome meant she could no longer carry out her full-time job as a PA in the NHS.

Rather than feel defeated Susan used her existing skills to find work that fitted around when she felt able to do it. She investigated the world of virtual assistants and found she was perfectly suited.

Susan now runs The Wright VA and manages her work around her long-term illness.
