This episode is geared towards anyone that is teaching, needs to learn or works with people that are dying. I share my experiences as a nurse and help listeners learn from my mistakes. Share parts of my research from my master's degree and most importantly share the how. Understanding ourselves, managing the room, and develop a simply method to have a hard conversation all require self reflection and practice using some tools that anyone can use.
