Season 3 ep 4 is apart of my healing journey.... not many people know I have had miscarriages and suffer from PTSD related to it. I haven't told many because it's not something I wanted to share with everyone... I am in a space in my life where I am ready to complete the cycle and honor my babies and myself. I want to encourage others that it may be rough but you are not alone. I am 1 in 4, 1 in 50, and 1 in 100. Miscarriage usually happens early in your pregnancy. For women who know they're pregnant, about 10 to 15 in 100 pregnancies (10 to 15 percent) end in miscarriage. Most miscarriages happen in the first trimester before the 12th week of pregnancy — 8 out of 10 miscarriages happen in the first 3 months. Miscarriage in the second trimester (between 13 and 19 weeks) happens in 1 to 5 in 100 (1 to 5 percent) pregnancies.
