In the season finale of Setting the Story Straight, Lorri, Jeff, and Joey take on one of the more popular children’s Sunday school stories, “Jonah & the Whale.” What was Jonah’s deal? Why did he run? How can we be like Jonah? The crew processes what the whole series revealed: the stories aren’t really about the character, or us – but about a big God with a big heart for all mankind.During the break between seasons, check out our previous series if you haven't already. 60. Christmas Special: The Nativity

The Ridge Roundtable Podcast is a ministry of Austin Ridge Bible Church. Hosts Joey Ruyter, Jeff Moore, and Lorri Winkcompleck tackle topics from everyday life and talk through how the Bible and our theology inform our understanding of the world around us. Life is full of questions, and we don't shy away from them. Our hope and goal is to invite people to ask hard questions, and to wrestle through them together. We take our faith seriously, but not ourselves. We hope you laugh with us and learn with us, too! At the end of each episode, you will have a better understanding of how to talk about, think about, and live out your faith.Ridge Roundtable Podcast is available wherever you get your podcasts.
