My one gem for episode three is to teachers: Take the time to reflect on what makes you special. What treasure(s) do you bring into the classroom when you enter it that you may be undervaluing? I encourage you to share your treasures with your students and everyone. Quite honestly, this can be embraced by all of us no matter the field in which we work.
