Rich and Zara discuss the cause and effect of a toxic waste dump, Shingle Mountain, in southern Dallas. They explore how historic redlining and current environmental racism played into the deteriorating health of over 100 people living in the area. With lack of city involvement, Shingle Mountain grew up to 60 feet tall.
