Dr. John P Hayes joins us today to talk all about franchising. John wrote a book called Franchising: the Inside Story to help people buy a franchise which was the first of its kind, took off in the early 1980's. He recently released a new book called Take The Fear Out of Franchising, and discusses with us, is a franchise easier than a regular business to exit out of. John gives us insight into what it takes to really strive and prosper as a franchisee, by understanding and following exact practices in franchises.
