Juan Luis Bravo talks about how he was inspired to pursue a career within the film industry, and how he made the pivot from live-action to animation. He was trained in live-action filmmaking at USC, has worked as a director and editor, and is currently a storyboard revisionist at Wild Canary Animation.

As a story artist, writer, and director, Juan Luis aims to celebrate the beauty of everyday life and love. He believes that stories centered on compassion inspire us all for the better, especially when aimed at young audiences. His career aim is to tell stories in live-action and animation that amplify marginalized narratives while speaking to the strength of kindness.
