Today, Brad Anastasia and I reflected on “Arnold”, the powerful 3-part documentary about Arnold Schwarzenegger on Netflix; we were both profoundly impacted by so many things the seventy-five year old, self-reflective icon said, as well as the powerful lessons you can draw from his life. 

Arnold's journey from an immigrant with a dream to a renowned bodybuilder, real estate developer, actor, politician, and philanthropist is one of the singular most inspiring stories of anyone in history. His relentless work ethic, resilience, and ability to overcome obstacles serve as a testament to the power of ambition and hard work.
