I had an incredible talk with highly-respected creativity catalyst Jamie Catto! It was an absolute honor to speak with him one-on-one!

His book: Insanely Gifted is one of my favorites of all time and has changed the way I coach and interact with the world.

It taught me many aspects of awareness based creativity and most importantly, gave me insight. He believes in play, creativity, shadow work and intimacy.

It really opened my eyes towards the concepts of repression, authenticity and being kind to oneself. He's very blunt and his sense of humor is sly.
