In this devotional, Sister Alynda Kusch compares the voice of the Holy Ghost to a coach calling “Back!” to help a runner return safely to the base. Through personal experiences involving missionary service, prayer, education, and moments of physical difficulty, Sister Kusch shares four ways the Holy Ghost can bless our lives: teaching us what to do, teaching us to pray, helping us remember what we have learned and who we are, and comforting us in difficult moments.
