Speakers included Richard Williamson, the U.S. Envoy to Sudan, discussing the current situation on the ground and addressing the issue of normalization of relations with Khartoum; Roger Winter, a former State Department Special Representative for Sudan and a member of the U.S. team that helped negotiate the CPA and an Advisor to the Enough Project, discussing the breakdown of the CPA; Omer Ismail, also an Advisor to Enough; Alex Meixner of the Save Darfur Coalition; Colin Thomas-Jensen, Enough's Policy Advisor; and others.
