The shop offers a simple service: You can trade in a memory—a specific regret, a heartbreak, a failure—in exchange for a "Skill" or a "Trait" you desire. Want to forget the time you were fired? You can trade that memory for the ability to play piano. Want to forget a bad breakup? Trade it for confidence.
