On this episode of Engaging Las Cruces we are going to meet Robert Nuñez with the Parks and Recreation Department. Robert is the man behind the Out Of School Time programs that the City offers.  He will be telling us how kids can enroll, activities, and how parents can save money applying to scholarships.
