There is always a level of customization for each process, however, the extent of the customization costs time and money. Explore the standardized solutions on the market first and see how well those examples suit the needs of your business.The solution to your automation needs does not always have to be custom and is not always fully automated. There are semi-automated, fully automated, and then custom solutions that are available and can be implemented based on your current circumstances and requirements.
