Jungian analysis is a form of psychotherapy that was created by Carl Jung, the founder of analytical psychology. Many of the perspectives presented in the podcast play with concepts and theories that originated in Jung's work.&nbsp;
En Soma is latin for "in body" - an idea that is sorely needed in a culture and society that often denies the body in preference for the mind.
