You were supposed to be paying attention to your kid or kids and you found yourself caught scrolling social media, filming, or texting someone...we ALL DO IT, but what we can start to practice is being AWARE of when we're doing it, and promptly putting the device down, and BEING PRESENT with our loved ones.
